Plymouth on Tap provides made to order apparel and accessories through its website. All products are created on demand using third party fulfilment partners. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Products
All items are produced individually once an order is placed. Product descriptions, images, colours, and sizing information are provided on each product page for guidance. Due to the nature of print on demand production, slight variations in colour, print size, alignment, or placement may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute a fault.
Ordering and Production
Orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, it is sent into production shortly afterwards. Made to order items cannot be dispatched until production is complete. Production times may vary depending on the item and demand.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown on the website and are payable at the time of ordering. Prices may change without notice, but any changes will only apply to new orders and will not affect orders already placed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods remains with Plymouth on Tap until the items are delivered to the address provided at checkout, in line with UK consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Packaging
Packaging is selected by our fulfilment partners and may vary by product. Where possible, environmentally responsible materials are used, but packaging consistency cannot be guaranteed across all items.
Returns and Refunds
All items are made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour choice, or change of mind. Detailed sizing information is provided on each product page and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not already started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to the made to order nature of the products.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, images, and content on the Plymouth on Tap website are owned by Plymouth on Tap unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the value of the item purchased. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, carrier disruption, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
Marketing and Data Protection
We do not add customers to marketing lists without clear consent. You will only receive marketing communications if you actively opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Plymouth on Tap wouldn’t be what it is without the sponsors who get behind it and back the bigger ideas, so a huge thank you to every business that’s already supported the project and helped keep it moving. Your support helps cover the real costs of running it properly, and it means I can keep shining a light on Plymouth’s pubs, telling their stories, and giving the local hospitality scene the attention it deserves.

If you fancy putting your name behind something people actually care about, I’m always up for chatting about sponsorship for events like a pub crawl or the annual Plymouth’s Favourite Pub competition, which reached 6.9 million views on the Facebook page in 2025. Drop me a message and I’ll send over the options.
